Experienced Litigation Counsel
required for Cayman Islands law firm

Our client is based in the Cayman Islands and is seeking to recruit a Barrister to assist in its busy litigation and dispute resolution department.
The role is entitled “Associate Attorney” and the successful candidate will have at least five years relevant experience in the field of litigation with a particular emphasis on advocacy.
The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation including insolvency, regulatory, employment, family, personal injury and contentious trusts matters. They will be able to onboard clients, advise, and to draft pleadings, evidence and all other necessary documentation. The role will require a willingness to undertake appearances in court at trial and at interlocutory stage.
The successful candidate should have the ability to operate with limited supervision and under considerable pressure.
Excellent academic and good chambers pedigree essential.
