Bob Moss

​

Bob Moss has been a Chambers Director in London and Liverpool previously and is now available to provide consultancy advice on all aspects of chambers management and compliance.

 

Bob was a practising Solicitor, and then became a Senior Clerk/Practice Manager. 

 

He managed at 7 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn, before running India Buildings Chambers in Liverpool for several years (which is now part of St John’s Buildings Chambers).

 

Bob has always focused on office management for solicitors, and barristers.

 

This included the management of 218 Strand London, a suite of offices for 

professionals and a venue for mediation and arbitration hearings, and training events.

 

Bob is a trained mediator, and with his experience in both branches of the profession, has a unique perspective.

 

He recognises the need for chambers to embrace the BSB conclusions due later in 2024/2025 following the October 2023 consultation period:

 

“Bar Standards Board should develop a strategy for supervising and supporting chambers’ compliance with our requirements as part of our business planning for 2024-25”
