We are helping a client chambers – one of London’s leading Criminal and Regulatory law Chambers – to recruit an outstanding individual to the role of Criminal Clerk.

Working under the day-to-day supervision of the Chambers Director, Senior Clerk and the wider clerking team, the successful candidate will be expected to provide daily support to the clerking team responsible for the members of the crime and regulatory teams. 2-3 years previous experience gained working in a chambers would be an advantage.

Duties will include:

• Communications: managing enquiries by email and telephone

• Case Management and allocation of work to barristers

• Updating case records, in support of the fees team and billing procedures

• General assistance to the rest of the clerking team
