Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator

Salary up to £32,000 per annum (according to experience)

 

Our client is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who will be responsible to the Chambers Director.

 

The role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside their Barristers and Practice Management team. 

 

Applicants must be self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic with a strong attention to detail and willingness to be flexible in the tasks required.

 

Candidates should possess confident experience of managing their own time, delivering on day-to-day marketing tasks and be comfortable working with a variety of IT packages from Windows Office through to simple graphic design and database management systems.

 

Key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

 

  • Seminars/events

  • Materials production

  • Direct Mail/database

  • Advertising/sponsorship

  • Public relations

  • Website & Social Media

  • Administration

 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm Mon – Thurs, 9am – 5.30pm on a Friday.  (There is the possibility of applying for flexible working). Additionally, work outside of these times will be necessary for event management and in times of pressure (time off in lieu or, at the discretion of the Chambers Director, overtime will be paid).
