Our client is a specialist chambers providing Alternative Dispute Resolution Services to clients across the UK and Internationally.
The client wishes to hire a Junior Clerk to assist them with all aspects of the administration duties required.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a comprehensive, professional and high quality service.
Duties will include, document management – copying, filing, scanning etc. welcoming all visitors, providing refreshments, answering the phone promptly, politely, effectively and efficiently, to ensure the best services are provided at all times to clients and visitors.
Our client is seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, both oral and written, has comprehensive IT skills, a good academic record and a flexible working attitude.
