Receptionist/Admin Clerk

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Goldsmith Chambers are seeking a Receptionist/Admin clerk to support their existing clerking team.

 

The duties for the role will include front of house and hospitality services as well as general administration to include assisting the Fees Team.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to deal with visitors in a polite and helpful manner, answering telephone calls and emails, using the LEX computer system, and assist the Fees Team with billing of Immigration cases, dealing with collections and deliveries, dealing with all aspects of conferences and facilities required, and general administration.

 

Chambers uses the BarSquared Lex Fees system, and previous Chambers’ experience would be an advantage, but cross training will be provided if required.

 

The successful candidate must have relevant experience, initiative and drive and be accustomed to assuming responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of fees collection, as well as the ability to work as part of a Team.  

 

Salary up to £25,000 (according to experience). Hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
