Receptionist/Marketing Administrator

SALARY:  circa £25,000

 

 

Our Clients are a leading Chancery law chambers, based in Lincolns Inn, London, with 37 members and 7 QCs.   Members of chambers are specialists in a wide variety of areas, including trusts law, the administration of estates, taxation, real property, landlord and tenant, pensions, charities, Court of Protection, insolvency and all chancery-related commercial matters

Chambers are now seeking a full-time Receptionist/Marketing Administrator to join and support their current staffing team.

 

The role will include providing excellent front of house services to members of Chambers, visitors, and clients, and supporting the Chambers Administrator with marketing and administration duties.

Personal skills and qualities required:

 

  • Excellent communication skills and clear telephone manner

  • Professional presentation

  • Computer literacy and competence using media skills

  • Interest in marketing

  • Interest in the Bar and the legal profession generally

 

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 09.30 – 17.00hrs (37.5hrs per week)
