Our client is based in the Cayman Islands and is seeking to recruit a Barrister from England and Wales for a role as Senior Associate/Barrister in the firms busy litigation and dispute resolution department.

The successful candidate will have at least five years relevant experience in the field of litigation with a particular emphasis on advocacy and be willing to undertake a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation including insolvency, regulatory, employment and contentious trusts matters.

The barrister will advise, draft pleadings, evidence and all other necessary documentation, and will be required to undertake appearances in court at trial and at interlocutory stage.

The successful candidate should have the ability to operate with limited supervision and under considerable pressure.

Excellent academic and good advocacy experience will be essential.
