The chambers comprises over 105 barristers, including 10 KCs, and 20 staff based at modern premises close to the courts in Liverpool.

The Practice Director will oversee all clerking and non-clerking functions. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking and experienced barristers’ clerk with significant management experience.

Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in practice management, financial management, business development and marketing, including effective use of technology.

Strong leadership skills are essential with the ability to supervise, motivate and support both staff and barristers while ensuring the efficient administration of chambers.

Applicants should possess a thorough understanding of the legal market, current regulatory requirements and fee procedures, alongside an awareness of forthcoming developments at the Bar.
