Chambers requires a Practice Manager to join the Winchester team. The role predominantly focuses on Criminal and Regulatory Crime work.

Liaising closely with the senior colleagues, core responsibilities include optimising barristers' practices through skilled day-to-day practice management; business development work for chambers with individual practice development work for members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience, an understanding of and expertise in all aspects of modern practice management and the importance of meeting the demands of busy barristers and their instructing solicitors. They will be able to demonstrate good commercial acumen, sound judgment and the ability to perform and communicate to a high level, often in pressured situations.
