Geoff Carr has over forty years’ experience working in barristers’ chambers – many of those as a Senior Clerk - and eight years as Director of Clerking at one of the UK’s largest and most progressive Chambers. 

 

A seasoned leader, Geoff has successfully managed large teams and complex operations, demonstrating expertise in business strategy, client development, and practice management.

 

As current Chair of the Institute of Barristers' Clerks, Geoff has played a key role in shaping industry standards and supporting the professional growth of clerks across the UK.

 

He combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation within Chambers.

 

Geoff can offer advice, support, and consultancy services to client barristers and their chambers on a variety of matters.
